Borekas are essentially a puff pastry which is light, fluffy and buttery. The interior contents can range from savory ingredients to sweet. The most popular flavors are Potato, Mushroom,spinach and cheese. However, Yona's Gourmet Delights like to experiment with new flavors such as pizza, fried eggplant, sauted zuccini, feta cheese and mint, goat cheese and basil to name a few.
